“I've had two separate experiences with Brooks which were both great. He did a tire replacement on my 08 Yami R1 and gave me a competitive rate on the Q3+. I was unable to get the oil filter off from the oil change I had previously done myself and he assisted with that while the bike was at his shop for no charge. I also recently ran into another oil related issue and Brooks went above and behind to assist me yet again. Great customer service and support. He definitely makes it a point to know his customers and to help in any way he can which is rare IMO. It's definitely my go to for any bike work I need done!”
