(May 1, 2019, 11:53 am)I've had two separate experiences with Brooks which were both great. He did a tire replacement on my 08 Yami R1 and gave me a competitive rate on the Q3+. I was unable to get the oil filter off from the oil change I had previously done myself and he assisted with that while the bike was at his shop for no charge. I also recently ran into another oil related issue and Brooks went above and behind to assist me yet again. Great customer service and support. He definitely makes it a point to know his customers and to help in any way he can which is rare IMO. It's definitely my go to for any bike work I need done!

Had a great service experience today on the motorcycle. This morning Jason Brooks, leader of Brooks Cycles in Chantilly, Virginia, along with his crew, got straight to work on my Adventure bike.
Must admit that I normally purchase service at the “specialized” place where originally I bought it. But, given my last experience there, we thought that this time around I would give a local full service shop a stab at it. Brooks Cycles did not disappoint, in fact, they thoroughly exceeded my expectations.
After a few rounds of Street Fighter 2 & Mike Tyson’s “Punch-Out” I rolled out of Brooks Cycles wearing a new set of tires and a smile of confidence... Perhas I failed to mention that they slapped on a fresh & shiny VA inspection sticker which seemed to add 2.47 of those horsepowers.
Ready to ride another year. Thank you, again, Brooks Cycles Team!
