“I got hit by someone who has Progressive and let me just say they took excellent care of me! I got a call from them the very next day from the accident to take my car for the first set of pictures. About two days later I got the following appointment when one of their employees came to my home to follow up on more pics and estimate. They classified my car as a total lost and gave me a a couple days to decide what I was going to do. When I decided to turn it in to them they actually gave me a really nice check for my car!
