Progressive Insurance

I got hit by someone who has Progressive and let me just say they took excellent care of me! I got a call from them the very next day from the accident to take my car for the first set of pictures. About two days later I got the following appointment when one of their employees came to my home to follow up on more pics and estimate. They classified my car as a total lost and gave me a a couple days to decide what I was going to do. When I decided to turn it in to them they actually gave me a really nice check for my car! While this was going on they provided a rental car as well. So pleased with their service! The whole process took about a week and a half! P.S. They are also my insurance company (:

4 stars. I tried calling the number for this location various times for assistance from an actual person on setting up new car insurance but kept getting redirected to an automated robot person. Because of this, I used 10 miles to drive to this facility to attempt to set up new car insurance for my car. To make a long story short, my current insurance provider is $320 a month so it is time for a change! So I drive there and I walk in and wow the Progressive facility is very nice and it smells clean. This is already a great first impression! When I entered into the main entrance, a customer service representative greeted me with a warm welcome. I went on to ask the customer service representative if she could assist me with setting up new car insurance for my vehicle. The customer service representative went onto inform me that this location doesn’t help new customers with setting up car insurance for their vehicles.. but instead, this location is a service center to repair cars... Well, that’s 10 miles down the drain. But hey, at least it’s Friday and gas is $1.87 in Lewisville, Texas right now and I get 37 highway. Hashtag First world problems. 4 stars.
