  I was very impressed with the level of personal care and professionalism while working with Shawnda. Yes, State Farm was able to save me money while providing better coverage than my previous insurance,but it was Shawnda's follow through and communication during the whole process that made switching easy. It was that level of customer service and follow through that really separates one agent from another. I would highly recommend the team at State Farm for any of your personal or business insurance needs.

  I've carried Home Auto and Life coverage with Michael for over 10 years. Michael has always been caring and professional. When I was recently in an auto accident, Michael was my advocate to get the most out of our policies. With all the confusion in insurance, it was really nice to have Michael talk me through my benefits and have a list of steps for me to fix my car and personal health.

  I have had such a wonderful experience with the entire team at this office. I had the misfortune of a tree branch landing on my car moments before leaving for vacation in France (thankfully I was not in the car!). We did not have time to deal with the situation as we needed to be getting to the airport. Being ever connected to the internet though, I had posted a picture of what we would need to deal with after our vacation. Michael saw this post and messaged me. Within moments he had opened a claim and was coordinating with my father-in-law to get the keys and have my car towed to Todd's Auto-body. All of this was happening for me while I was on an international flight with a spotty Wi-Fi connection via Facebook messenger! I came home to a car that was road ready instead of a big mess! I LOVE not just having an agent, but THIS team of agents!
