  Been with Nicky Carlson Farmers Insurance since they opened and have no interest in ever switching. They give back to the community, always pick up the phone when I need something or have a questions, look for opportunities to save me money, and there customer service continues to be awesome! If you’re looking for an insurance agent look no further.

  If you want quick, friendly, personal attention, Nicky Carlson’s office is the place! They always help you with a cheerful attitude and go out of the way to answer even my many repetitive requests. So really the way to put it is ... they spoil you here! They’ve been my personal and business agency for over a decade and I’ve always gotten consistent, amazing service no matter what. They always have my back. I highly recommend this great office for all your insurance needs!

  I was nervous to switch insurance companies since we had been with our other company for so many years. Nicky made this transition seamless. She is extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond, and very patient and kind. I would recommend her for all of your insurance needs. Thank you Nicky for everything, you're the BEST!!!

  I have found Nicky with Farmers Insurance to be a wonderful. Her staff is extremely attentive and kind, and any requests I have had of them they have fulfilled promptly. Also, when I did have a fender bender, Farmers was extremely efficient, and surprisingly my rates did not increase significantly. The only reason I removed one star is because depending on your insurance needs, their rates can be a little higher than their competitors. However, I feel that their personable, superb customer service makes up for that. You don't usually get this kind of treatment with the larger insurance companies.
