Michael Zwickey is my agent, I have always been able to call him directly and get answers to my questions, if he doesn’t know, he calls me back within minutes with an answer. The week of the 4th of July I was in a car accident, the other guy’s fault. My car was totaled, I had to get a rental car. I received an email from the other guy’s insurance company stating at the very end, kind of like the stuff in small print, that I was only authorized a rental car until July 6th. Really?????? So, I called the adjuster and got no where but frustrated! I called Michael Zwickey at Insurance Brokers, he said “No way! They have to disclose that stuff. Give me the guys number. 5 minutes later I received a call back, my rental agreement was extended from 3 days to 14. Thank you Michael! And thank you for sending me photos of my insurance cards while I’m standing in line at the dmv. ???? You make it all so easy!!!”
