  I have banked here my entire life. This bank is definitely understaffed. However they have always been kind and understanding with me and my family.

  I have been in this bank on several occasions, and the staff is AWESOME! They are friendly, and professional, and handle everything well. Even with all the rude customers trying to yell at them about how to do their job. I see a lot of people treat the staff poorly. They handle it well. Kudos to Bremer for hiring good people, and I will continue to use this bank in the future ????

  Carmen has always been super nice to me as well as all the other employees at this branch. Who ever posted that bad review regarding Carmen probably was trying to cash a check written on toilet paper, didn't have proper I.D., and arrived at the bank riding a tricycle. lol!
