(August 28, 2019, 5:38 pm)The team at Ron King Agency have always been great to work with and always very responsive to my questions/concerns. Micala was especially great to work with! I would send her an email to change something on my policy or if I had a question and she would always respond right away! Just love working with them and their rates! Wish I wasn't moving out of state otherwise I would stay with the agency forever! Thank you to the Ron King Agency team!

I'm very impressed at how forward-thinking they are and the little things they do to take care of their clients. These two are a dream team and great representatives of all that AmFam stands for!

However, his knowledge, patience, and attention to detail are why I remain a loyal customer.
(February 16, 2015, 3:25 pm)It has been a pleasant experience working with Ron and his staff. We had our roof replaced a year ago. Since there had been hail damage we requested an inspection by the American Family Insurance adjuster. Everything went smoothly. He was easy to work with. Ron followed the process and made sure that everything was handled correctly.

(January 30, 2013, 7:33 pm)We've been with Ron King Agency for nearly 20 years. Ron is always on top of your insurance needs and keeps up to date with you at least a couple of times a year. Whenever we have had a claim Ron takes care of everything in a timely manner. We felt so secure with Ron that we now have both of our son's and my parents insured by him. Both boys and my parents were amazed at how much money they saved going with Ron and they are all very pleased.
Ron and his staff are very personable and extremely pleasant to work with.
