This insurance agency could not be named better: I'm absolutely convinced that Integrity Midwest Insurance is after my best interest. The staff here are the most professional and courteous I've met, and I feel confident that they understand my needs in insurance. I'm sure that if I had all the information and understanding that they do that I would make the same recommendations of insurance. These guys are quality. We started our own electrical business about two years ago. Times were crazy switching from long term positions with other companies to going out in our own. We had started with another insurance agency but I was lost in what they were doing and they also seemed to be. I knew I was overpaying for things and needed a partner to work with and not just someone trying to sell me policies and then never help me again. The Wesley and Clint at Integrity are amazing. When I called and basically said "please help" they jumped right in. I often call at a momenta notice needing proof of insurance for a city we are working in and they take care of it within minutes! The office staff is amazing as well and it's nice to feel safe and taken care of. When you work for yourself, you and your business is all you have to provide for your family and knowing you have insurance agents you can trust that have your back and don't take advantage of you so you can spend more time providing for your child and not worrying about insurance is a blessing! Charlie Upton and the staff at Integrity Midwest Insurance did a great job getting health insurance set up for our company. They took the time to met with the staff to explain the policy and answer any questions. They worked to make sure the policy met the needs of everyone. Great experience and highly recommend.
