Without authorization, insurance agent(unknown) used my personal credit card number on file when enrolling in Safeco Insurance in 2017. As an
emergency patient transported by first responders(Fire/Emergency) and
registered in the Atlanta Gwinnett Medical Hospital from 07/09/2017 - 07/28/207 date of discharge, my credit card number was used without my
permission or authority to request roadside assistance and charged to my
credit card number on file while I was a patient in the hospital. As a member of AAA, this is the organization I would have notified if such a
problem was warranted. As a result, the issuing creditor investigated the
unauthorized use of my credit card and the issue was resolved and refund was accredited to my account.
