(July 11, 2018, 12:47 pm)I went to Hummel Group in early 2018 because I left my job and was in need of private health insurance. I have a friendship with Austin, who works at the Orrville office, and informed him of my search. He quickly offered some immediate assistance and offered to help me out further, if I so desired. After mere days, Austin had provided me with several health care options (seriously had at least 20 different plans of varying scale of coverage, deductibles, etc.) available for me, including a quote for a plan on the public health insurance exchange. He was able to answer any question I had quickly (within the hour at most) as I worked through the process and decided which plan was right for me. Today, I have a health care option (medical only, although there were options for dental and vision; my plan is also compatible with an HSA I had from my previous employer's plan) that kept my current providers in network, while costs stayed nearly the same as when I was at my previously employer.
Overall, I was pleased with my experience working with Austin and Hummel Group. I would recommend them to anyone in need of insurance.
(May 30, 2018, 10:36 am)Goldie Yoder- I've know Goldie since I was a kid, as she was my parents insurance agent and still is! When I was ready to get my own auto insurance I knew exactly who I was going to call! Goldie of course! And she hasn't let me down since! Always working to get me the best deals and save me money!! I would definitely recommend The Hummel group and Goldie to anyone!

They are polite, respectful, and genuinely have interest in helping their clients succeed. I strongly recommend them as an agency to reach out to for your insurance or financial service needs!
