“While this is a company and a for profit business this review is for the person whom I have had contact with. Roxi is a very helpful and genuine person. She does not sugar coat her answers but will ensure you understand the response or the reasoning behind her answers. She and her team are very responsive to calls and inquiries. She wants to help people understand an industry that can be hard to navigate. Insurance is not easy to understand and can be frustrating when its time to utilize it. However she wants to inform people about the way policies work, what they cover and to share if that coverage is truly enough.
