Roxi is a very helpful and genuine person. She does not sugar coat her answers but will ensure you understand the response or the reasoning behind her answers. She and her team are very responsive to calls and inquiries.
She wants to help people understand an industry that can be hard to navigate. Insurance is not easy to understand and can be frustrating when its time to utilize it. However she wants to inform people about the way policies work, what they cover and to share if that coverage is truly enough.
I have shared her information with friends and she is not a high pressure sales person. In fact for one potential client she offered to meet at a smoothie shop to discuss the clients needs and clear up misconceptions.
She is also very visible and supportive of so many realtors and others in that area/industry. She can be found at bigger industry specific events, "general" home buying events and mixers or on social media.
I am in no way being paid or compensated to write this. I share that because I read the experiences of others. I am simply sharing that Roxi is responsive and helpful. Make it a point to speak with her to get understanding of this industry so you are protected regardless of the "what if" scenario.
Conversations are free and headaches can be prevented just by asking the questions even if it is "Can you tell me what I need to know?" because we truly do not know what we do not know.
