It might sound like I am making a big deal out of such a little thing, but, my in personal experience with insurance companies, and agents, "no service," is their standard of "service." I have had insurance with the big companies that have "All," "State," and "Farm," in their names, and I have never felt taken care of, EVER, with Loretta, it was a 180 degree experience, she put ME first!
