I have to share my experience with my broker Frankie Webster in assisting me with my auto and renters insurance. I had never tried online insurance before or ever given a review. Frankie made me so comfortable with the process of changing my overpriced insurance. I could not believe it. She made me so confident she went out of her way and above to get me what I needed. She called when she said she would and educated me on things I didn't know I needed. She is so knowledgeable in the industry and made my transition so smooth. It was like I was talking to a friend. Communication is so important and I absolutely loved talking to her.
