Roxane was great, she responded really quickly on all the queries i had and spent a lot of time with me explaining several things,
she even helped me out on several documentation issues on subject matter that required info gathering through internet and seemed almost impossible to me.
I can tell she was very busy but never rushed me through the conversations, and every step she tried to make sure that i don't pay a penny extra than its required and got me great coverage.
Highly recommended : most important part is agents have all the necessary knowledge to make sure your coverage is
