“Insurance for us was something we always needed and seldom reviewed. Only when it was required did we ever reach out. My family was with the same company for over 50 years and I personally was with them for over 34 years. I can count on one hand the number of times we spoke and only when the policy renewed or payment was modified did I ever here from them. The fear of losing the loyalty we amassed always kept us from looking elsewhere. Well I have become wiser...... there is no loyalty......at least from the company stand point the only way I could see my agent in person was during business hours well I work during those same times. As far as pricing goes the market is very competitive and fair so even after 34 years Yvonne could offer me a more comprehensive policy at they same price. AND did so at my kitchen table at 7:00pm one evening. She has returned a few times since and recently took the time to explain the same to my son who recently purchased his own car. In an age where EVERYTHING is done electronically having a face to face conversation is very much appreciated.
