UPDATE.......
Received a call from Jeffery Gordon today with some promising news. They are willing to resolve this matter and refund our money back by cheque. I am happy they are willing to work things out. Looking forward to receiving the cheque by mail in the near future and looking forward to using Travelance for future family insurance needs. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding Travelance.

TWO WEEKS AGO....
WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER! DO NOT GET INSURANCE FOR YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS ON SUPER VISAS. WHEN COMES TO TAKING THE MONEY THEY TAKE A SECOND TO TAKE IT OFF YOUR CREDIT CARD. WHEN YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR POLICY THEY ONLY REFUND MONEY BACK ON THE CREDIT CARD THEY TAKE IT FROM. EVEN WHEN YOU NO LONGER HAVE THAT CREDIT OR HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT COMPANY ANYMORE. YOU LOOSE ALL YOUR MONEY, DO NOT GET INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY!
