  Habiba at Westland Insurance in Richmond was an incredible help. I had come in with an unusual request to determine whether it would be more financially viable to cancel my current auto insurance policy and purchase a new policy as opposed to transferring insurance to my new vehicle. Habiba spent the time and walked through all the steps with me, providing a sense of understanding and interest in my request.
