(November 19, 2018, 7:19 pm)Excellent - I always balance the 1 star reviews because sometimes people do behave badly and it's mutual not just one sided. For me - we have used this office numerous times over the years, most recently when trying to sort out how to bring a used vehicle in from out of province. I called a few other agencies just asking general questions and I got no clear answers or help. The right person in the right moment a this agency didn't know the answer but when to go figure it out and called me back! Problem solved with one call I wish I had made first!
