(July 8, 2019, 6:04 pm)I requested assistance through the BCAA app which said a technician would arrive at 10:01 am (just over and 25 minutes from the request time) sure enough, the lovely Mark showed up at exactly 10:01 on the dot. He was very friendly and helpful, did his best to try and sort out my starter's issue without having to take the car in and explained everything he was doing as he did it. My car had to be towed to a shop in the end but Mark hitched it up quickly and delivered it safely. Thanks for the help!

(January 5, 2019, 6:11 am)Awesome service!!! Got a call from Tammy saying it is really busy and it will be a 3-5 hour wait. I explained my situation and she was calling me or her co worker would as well to up date me on how the calls were being juggled around in priority . Long story short they had me taken care of in an hour and a half instead of 3-5 hours like they originally quoted. Great communication, superb follow up and amazing execution of customer service skills!!! Tammy and co worker who’s name I did not catch... if you ever need a job call Bruno from Alma. If I don’t have a position I will find you one. Make it a great and safe day!!!

(October 14, 2018, 3:09 pm)Required tow for a Vespa that had been in an accident. Delivered to home and then next day to repair shop. Both drivers were friendly, efficient, and both arrived well within expected times. Agents at Call Centre were great as well. BCAA Roadside service has always been excellent.
