(February 7, 2019, 11:07 pm)I was here to renew my car insurance yesterday, the man that greeted me and explained they were short a few staff so I might have to wait awhile. I was worried he meant 30-45 minutes but within 10 minutes I was being helped. However, as I was waiting the manager offered an older customer help by going out to her car to get something she forgot, I think that was super kind of him. Even though they took half my bank account (lol), everyone there answered all the questions I had and they were all very polite. :)

After setting up home insurance on my apartment, the agent called me back to tell me she could save me money because my building didn't need certain coverages. ????.
