Very pleasant interaction with the staff especially with Rita. She has helped me and my husband with our insurance renewals and every time, she goes above and beyond to help us out and answer all our questions patiently. Would definitely continue visiting and recommending this location :)
Absolutely amazing customer service. Got a text form Crystal in the morning to remind me my insurance was up for renewal next month. That same afternoon she had an associate at my office so I could sign off on paperwork and brought me my new sticker. I am amazed by how easy and convenient everything was. 10/10 would recommend.
Newly renovated clean space, and all staff were very friendly. I usually use another company, but I was in an accident this past October and had to run in here. I was greeted by Maureen the manager who was very helpful and won me over. I went in today to renew my insurance and Trish helped me. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She caught something that nobody had noticed in 13 years! She saved me a lot of money today, and I would highly recommend her! Thank you Trish!
Thanks All West for taking care of my insurance. Very polite and courteous staff. Rita was at the front counter with a smile ready to help me when I arrived. The service was especially refreshing after I had very poor customer service and errors made..at Johnson Meier.
I went there asking for some veteran license plates. At first they did not know what the process was to order them, but they were willing to find out and they ordered them for me right away. Then when I needed a bunch of tools to remove the plates off my car, the bolts were seized with rust and I could not even get the plates off without taking the car home and using my own tools, they offered two different sets and tools and were very patient with me as I struggled to remove my old license plate.
Very friendly throughout the whole process and I cannot emphasize enough that out of 3 different vehicle insurance companies the agents at Allwest were actually helpful in getting my veterans plates.
