  I have been with Bankers Life as an agent for a while now, starting back in 2018. Since then, I have learned more than I would have thought possible. I have not only learned about the sales world, but also about retirement planning in general. I received training that has helped me succeed in my career. The training we go through is extensive and nobody is "thrown to the wolves". Rather new agents are taught in the field and guided by a veteran agent and/or trainer. I think this is a great place for those who are looking to get into sales, and may be a good opportunity for those who are unsure of what path they want to take next.
