Stay away, it's a SCAM! I can't think of one pro about NM. Since they recruit new reps on daily, maybe this will be useful to one or two people. To call Northwestern, or any other financial/life insurance company a scam would be unfair. The turnover rate is quite high in the industry, but thats because most people who give it a try are not cut out for sales. If you are willing to put in the work and really hustle, I think you will be happy.
