Dec 18, 2014 #1. Yes, the Maglite flashlights have a lifetime warranty on those sold in the western hemisphere. Here's the catch. You can drive it yourself to a Maglite service center and they will repair it. Those centers are fairly widely spread, so not so close to most people. Or, you can send it in to the Maglite warranty service center.
