“To All: I recently purchased a NFIP for my girlfriend's house in SW Florida. I spoke with Joanna Bare on my first call who answered all of my questions completely we spoke for 30+ min. followed up with an immediate email from her with a detailed quote. During the call I realized the reason why my girlfriend was charged nearly $500 was because the property had been listed as an income producing property!
