  Fenix Insurance has been a pleasure to work with. They always find me the best insurance plan and company that fits my needs. I would recommend anyone to talk to them if they've had any issues with their driving records or need help finding the right insurance.

  I have had my total insurance insurance package with Fenix Insurance for over ten years. I had been an insurance agent for 35 years, and believe me I know good customer service when it comes to insurance. Bob, Jeff, and their fine staff have taken care of every need that I have had over the past ten years in very timely manner. They are always available to answer any questions that I have. My phone calls are are always returned the next business day if I should call at a time when the office is closed. My entire extended family, and many friends have their insurance with Fenix Insurance. I recommend Fenix Insurance to anybody that is looking for better service and rates. You can not do any better than Fenix Insurance for quality of service and great insurance rates from the many companies that they represent.   So grateful to have Fenix Insurance as my agent for car insurance. They have saved me hundreds just by selecting the best policy for my needs and budget, and then holding my insurance company accountable so that I get the most out of my policy! Most recently (last week), I was involved in a hit-and-run, and after the insurance company tried to charge me a $1,000 deductible, my agent called and "schooled" them a bit to ensure that I was only charged the $300 described in my policy. Best customer service and experience level one could ask for.

  I have only had positive experiences with Fenix. We currently have homeowners, auto, earthquake and an umbrella policy with Fenix. For two of these policies, our agent went above and beyond dealing with underwriters to fully explain tricky situations we were dealing with. The knowledge and expertise of each person I have spoken with there has been exceptional. Everyone has always been friendly and more than helpful. We have made one auto claim and the process was made easier by having an agent who was helpful and knowledgable and went to bat for us when the insurance company wanted to cancel our policy. Fenix Insurance has by far been a more "personal" agency as opposed to the big brands who truly don't take time to get to know you and you are just a policy holder and not a client. Would recommend Fenix to anyone wanting that personal touch and those who who want an honest and reliable agency.
