No matter what the problem is, what you need, or when you need it, it's handled quickly and professionally. My wife will call upset and worried about something, and I'll just call Jarrod and it's handled! I recommend these guys to anyone and everyone!
(June 26, 2019, 9:57 pm)Been working with Jarrod Farmer for many years now and he is the way that an insurance agent should be. We have everything from farm policy, to livestock trailers and equipment, to our autos and even our home policy. No matter when I ask him a question, I always get a prompt response and everything is always handled how it should be. In our busy lives its nice to not have to worry about our insurance because we know its always being taken care of.
(March 10, 2019, 1:49 pm)New to the area and a State Farm customer all my life. In shopping around for car/renter's insurance, I noticed the reviews for InsurePro in Abingdon. What jumped off the page for me was customer service. So I called for a quote. From the receptionist to the agent, my first impression was great! The quote was a tad higher than what we had, but some unique offers and customer care from Paula outweighed the extra dollars in my mind! All this to say, in a day and age of technology, greed, and convenience, it's easy to feel as if people don't matter. Customer service is huge and Paula and the folks at InsurePro nailed it! Thanks Paula for taking the time to show that we are important to you! Glad you are our agent!

They took good care of me on my auto insurance as I got good coverage at a reasonable price. I wasn't wanting the cheapest coverage but just good coverage at a good price. I deal with Jarrod Farmer but his other agents in the office, Paula and Melanie are great also. David in his office takes care of all my investments and financial needs.

We've been with Nationwide for years and they always offer top notch service, discuss our options with us, and do an all-around amazing job. Paula is incredibly responsive and is always willing to talk through options with my husband and I. It's always nice to know that you'll have a friendly human with exceptional customer service on the other end of your call or email.
