“My experience with PCHP has been nothing but positive. I'm a little surprised at all the negative reviews. When my mom got sick after a botched surgery and ended up at VCU community hospital for a month, Piedmont covered everything. Seriously, about 99% of a VERY large bill was covered. She then had two corrective surgeries at VCU, also covered without any headache. (VCU was not responsible for the botched surgery, UVA was.) As for my routine doctor's visits, and some meds, the coverage has been pretty good, and my out of pocket expenses have been minimal. We both have basic bronze plans.”
