Lauren was so incredibly wonderful ! She went above and beyond to assist me and rectify all my issues while being so kind and attentive simultaneously. She literally made my day when I came in . She provided some of the best customer service that I’ve ever received and is single handedly the reason I will be referring everyone , every chance I get ! Thanks again Lauren ! You rock !
I met with Lauren looking for help with my daughter's insurance. Lauren provided excellent service and rates!! I returned with my daughter the next day to purchase a policy and the price changed while Lauren was working on setting us up. She immediately contacted her rep to find out why. By the end of our visit, it wasn't corrected but Lauren offered to keep going up the chain to correct it. And after meeting with her, I believe her!! We weren't just new customers, we were new friends!! Thanks Lauren!!!

I went to direct today with a quote. I got there and my quote went up almost 200 dollars. I almost died. Lauren however went right to work trying to fix it. Called the underwriter. Tried a few other things. NOTHING. Lauren once again being polite as could be tried to shop me. Found me insurance for half the down payment of my original quote. Lauren went above and beyond for me today. Restored my faith in people in the insurance business. Go see her for insurance at the Roanoke street location. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. KUDOS LAUREN.
