Lisa worked on my claim over a year ago after one of her drivers was drunk driving and totaled my car. I was just happy that he had insurance but I wasn't expecting a very pleasant experience. Amazing doesn't even begin to describe how great of a job she did though. I felt so comfortable knowing she was handling my case, and she invested in my life. She knew I was involved in music and that my mother had been ill. Every time she called she asked how rehearsals were going and how my mom was doing. Me and my family truly felt like we gained a great friend through that whole experience. I am now in a position where I am breaking away from my parents insurance and without a doubt I am going to be in contact with Lisa to discuss my options :)
