“My mother has had her auto insurance through Nationwide with Bill Rudd as her agent for years so when I needed auto insurance three years for a car I was buying I decided to go by and see him in addition to a few websites I got quotes off of. The associate agent, Theresa, signed me up and she’s been great. She explained to me how an accident I had the previous fall was effecting my rate even though I never got a ticket. Bill is always friendly and has also had my two sisters’ auto insurance at one point. When I signed up I wanted automatic payments but I don’t have checks. Theresa was patient while I ran by my bank (there was a branch nearby) and got something printed with the information needed. Bill sends out emails from time with car care tips but doesn’t overload your email with them. I’m happy with Bill and his office having my auto policy and that despite my not so great driving history I’m able to have one of the more well known auto insurance companies as compared to a lesser known companies I’ve had in the past. I definitely recommend this agency!”
