“i am 100% happy with brett clayton. he is the polar opposite of the corporate robot. its like going back in time by 30 years. brett actually appreciates the customer. he is knowledgeable. he is there to help you. he is genuinely patient. not fake patient. you don't have to prod him or out debate him. you know why? because brett is on your side! the allstate phone reps at the corporate level are as bad as the worst corporations that modern times have produced. if you deal with allstate, i speculate that you will be better off going thru your local agency and avoiding allstate corporate at all costs.”
