Listen up y’all because this is something you need to hear! Our Allstate man is MATT FENWICK! This man is beyond words awesome. My first experience with this man was when he saved my husband and I over $3,000 dollars a year in insurance with more coverage then we had before. Several experiences with him over the last year and a half were when I needed to add to our insurance or just had a question ( like my soon to be teen driver needing coverage ). He always answers my questions even if he has to do research and get back to me. He is easy to get ahold of and if he doesn’t answer he ALWAYS calls back in a timely manner. He is intelligent about insurance and takes good care of his customers like they are his own family. With all that being said I must tell you about our first claim on our new insurance. My husbands truck got damaged by hail a couple weeks ago. I called Matt and told him we needed to do a claim. He walked me through the entire process and called to check up with me several times. We got the vehicle to the shop and picked up our rental. Our rental was not in good shape and very dirty smelling like cigarette smoke, not Allstate issue, a rental car company issue. I called Matt and told him, he was more upset then I was. Within no time I got a call that our new rental would be delivered to us in the morning and they would pick up the other one. Our new rental was beautiful, clean, and loaded. It is the nicest rental we have ever had. Our truck is still in the shop but we are excited to get it back. And last but not least we got a new motorcycle delivered yesterday. I called Matt and told him I needed to add it to our insurance. I sent him the buyer contract with all the info on the bike in a pic message. I’m 5 minutes out new bike was covered before my husband even road it and I was pic messaged my new insurance card. Y’all he did all that in 5 minutes and my husband road off to work with insurance card in hand. I hope I have painted the picture well enough for you to come to the conclusion that if MATT FENWICK isn’t your insurance man then you are doing something wrong. I strongly encourage you to call him and switch if you want the best customer service you have ever had from an insurance company. If you don’t call after you read this then you are not the brightest bulb, LOL. MATT FENWICK you are the best. You are smart, funny, caring, a hard worker, kind, and the best Allstate insurance man!
