He and his employees have patience to "listen" to what you have to say and answer questions you have. I've never in my life had insurance. I had many questions about insurance policies. They took their time to break them down to me to where I finally understood. I plan to stick with Allstate for a good while. What's crazy is that before doing business with Allstate at Mr. Khan's office my dad had spoke negative about Allstate due to bad past experience with Allstate many years ago. Today my dad has a different view and opinion about Allstate. Maybe because how Mr. Khan's office treats us. We look for insurance agencies that care about the customer and not only about the money.
