I needed assistance and all I did was call the office (used someone else’s phone) and they took care of everything. Since I didn’t have my phone they called roadside assistance for me, and took care of literally everything from the beginning to the end. “Much improved staff and underwriting department. This is my go to broker when I cannot place with my captive company. They do simplified underwriting and want to avoid ACORD forms as much as we do! They have an amazing online "EasyQuote" system and simplified BOP and GL apps. They make renewals easy and audits are not a huge pain like with most brokers. I have hundreds of thousands in premium with TAR and will continue to place personal and commercial lines with them.”
