Llame a Kas sabiendo que todavia no estan aviertos en esta locacion y me atendiendo en la oficina de Plano, la persona que me contesto fue muy amable y me atendio muy bien y rapidamente me tranfirio con otra persona que me ayudo a buscarme el mejor precio, Janira fue muy amable me iso sentir muy bien y al final que compre la poliza asta me dijeron que acer en caso de un accidente. cosas logicas que uno ya save pero comete el error de llamar a la compañia y hacer el reclamo en el momento del accidente. Ella me explico que lo primero es tomar fotos y llamar a la policia y intercambiar informacion con las personas involucradas y de ultimo llamar a la compañia y hacer el reclamo.
