“I wanted to take a minute and write a review for this office. In this day and age we find ourselves relying on the word of others to determine if a specific product or service is worth our time or money. Let me tell you, if you need insurance or maybe you’re just not happy with your current insurance agent, State Farm & Andy Mendoza are the way to go. We have had insurance through State Farm for at least seventeen years and in those seventeen years we’ve had two insurance agents. The first agent was good, but ended up retiring and somehow we got lucky enough to end up with Andy’s office. I’d like to share our most recent experience. On 12/28 my husband had an accident on his way to Dallas. My first call after that call from my husband was to our agents office and they were on the ball. The accident happened at 1:34 and by 2:45 my husband was in a rental and on his way home. Unfortunately for us our vehicle ended up being a total loss. But from start to finish our agents office was right there. When I called to check on things they were always kind, considerate and understanding. They were never another at my questions or my consistent calling. They answered everything they could and when they couldn’t, they let me know they would find the answer and get back to me and they always followed through. You never realize how important it is to have good insurance until it’s time to use it and while I am thankful for excellent coverage, the fact that I have a caring agent who has an amazing team is what continues to sell me and why we will always be loyal State Farm customers.
