“Long story shortened. These guys are fantastic! Bought a new car on Friday, became a Farm Bureau customer the following Monday, bumped a neighbor's car Tuesday evening, and on Wednesday everything was handled, car dropped off at body shop, and in a rental car. I had my new car back, fixed beautifully, the following Friday! Unbelievable customer service from Scott Masters, his staff, and everyone from Farm Bureau I had the pleasure of working with. The whole situation really could of been much more frustrating than it already was if not for the folks at Fam Bureau. Big thumbs up????I Highly recommend. It's hard to find customer service like that anywhere else except for Chick Fillet!”
