This is my favorite insurance place. The staff here are very knowledgeable and really help to find the best insurance plan to fit your personal needs. I really enjoy visiting with Stephanie. She is patient and kind and she always has a smile..a very welcoming place. You actually feel like you as a customer are appriciated.

I had Direct Auto last year through the Hixson branch and had some of the rudest employees I’d ever spoken to so I let my coverage lapse at renewal time. I called a different branch and reached Stephanie. She was the entire reason I signed back up! Never let this woman go! I read the other reviews and she’s mentioned a lot. Make her a supervisor or something so y’all know your customers are taken care of.
