(August 14, 2019, 10:31 am)After 25 years of being a customer with Farmer's Insurance, decided to shop around for better rates. Farm Bureau came in cheapest so I decided to make the switch. So far, there is a huge difference in attitude. Much friendlier people in this office, very willing to help with questions, not to mention cheaper rates. I'm really excited about making this change and looking forward to building a relationship with these folks. Definately would recommend giving Michael a call.

I ended up doing even more with FBITN than I expected because of the cheap car insurance and other affordable options. I cannot recommend them enough, my experience was great. I never felt like I was in the room with a “salesman” more so just someone truly trying to help me out. 10/10

(June 26, 2019, 7:38 pm)I was shopping around for more competitive rates when I first spoke with Michael. I gave him my basic information and he was able to give me a quote in a very timely manner. I decided to go with Farm Bureau because they had the best rates for the coverage I needed. I arranged to meet Michael the next week to finalize my insurance. On the way to the office I got stuck in traffic. He was so understanding and patient. Most people would have made me reschedule but he waited for me and was very pleasant when I finally arrived. It is refreshing to see that true customer service is still valued in this company!
