We recently opened a business and had to get insurance on several company vehicles in addition to other policies that are required of small business owners. The service we received from Jared and his team was/is so great we decided to move all of our personal policies to them too. Opening a new business is EXTREMELY overwhelming, but they were able to alleviate a lot of the stress by answering all of our insurance related questions and needs. In our particular industry, we require a lot of assistance from them on a regular basis because we have to provide Certificates of Insurance almost any time we get a new customer or when we are bidding on a project. All we have to do is contact Susie (the Customer Service Manager that sits at the front desk) and she gets it taken care of for us almost immediately! We know that we have won jobs because they were able to act so quickly. If you are a small business owner, you must check them out! I wouldn't go anywhere else for our business or personal insurance needs now! They are truly the best!
