“The staff at this location are always very friendly, sometimes getting deposits takes some time, however, they are busy and so I really can not complain about that because they are sitting in the middle of a business section of town. Although it does sometimes seem the manager is always behind the counter or glad to tell you they will be right with you, but never seems to hop in and try to help. I will cut her some slack because she very well might be doing something important to the operations of a bank. However, sometimes you do need to hop in and get the customers out the door first. It might be a bank, but the customer service sector can not be overlooked at a bank. However it is an overall good bank.”
