The workers here are amazing and super helpful
I recently came across a situation where changing insurance companies was require. I went into the Dickson location and spoke with Ms.Kendal. Kendal not only educated me on my policy, but provided advice on purchasing a Direct policy. The customer service was beyond impressive. The days of good customer service are next to over. Not at Direct. Ms. Kendal was extremely knowledgeable and kind, I really feel like she cared about my family's needs. Not only did I take the auto policy, life insurance and roadside assistance were also an option. Of course after her description of coverage and affordable price, I took those as well. Kudos Ms. Kendal and thank you for such a pleasant expect.
