(July 19, 2019, 4:16 pm)I have to say, that stellar customer service does still exist. I can't say enough about the fantastic experience I had working with Tonya at the State Farm - Dickson location. She was exceptional in both staying in contact with me throughout my insurance changes, not to mention her stellar cross-selling skills - saving me almost 4k throughout the life of a loan (from a previous lender) Hands down my all time top 5 experiences with people that still know how to deliver good service, as well as care about the customer. BRAVO TONYA!!!
