  So after some pretty terrible customer service with Geico that left me in tears, I researched "best customer service" for insurance companies and Amica was at the top of the list. Wow, were they right!! We use them for car, life and homeowners insurance and I am so grateful for the kind and speedy service. Everyone is helpful and pleasant, the website is easy to use, the rates are phenomenal and the coverage is excellent. Amica would get 10 stars if I could give it!! I am beyond satisfied and would sing their praises to anyone who needs insurance. This is how a business should run.

  I have been with AMICA for over 30 years. No insurance company treats customers as well as they used to, but AMICA is still good. I had an accident recently and they were a little slow to send the appraiser (3 business days, but there was snow the day after my accident). My car was totaled and I was not satisfied with their initial assessment of its value, but when I asked them to research further they did and raised the value to one I think very fair. They arranged to get me my money quickly.

  I have been with Amica for over 5 years, they have by far been the best insurance company I have ever dealt with in over 35 years of driving!!
