“MetLife is a diamond in the ruff. My wife and I were with State Farm for over 10 years with a perfect driving records and paying over $2,000 per year in car insurance. We called the MetLife Auto national customer assistance number and were connected with Anuj Desai who is working out of Dayton, OH. Anuj was able to arrange for better coverage with regard to limits and deductibles with a 35% reduction in premium. My guess is that MetLife has us in a lower driver risk pool while State Farm was letting us help them out with higher risk drivers.
