“Where to start? Before Mr Perritt had this office, everyone was already so helpful and friendly, and it continues. I'd just moved to this area and had lost my wallet out of state. A caring person found it, found my insurance card, looked up the office, and the office hunted me down to let me know where to retrieve it (prior to cellphones/social media). Above and beyond, I say, I was hard to pin down in those days due to my job. Under Mr Perritt, he and his amazing co-workers have worked quotes to death for me to get the most at the best price. And I had a really expensive accident 2 years ago where the other driver was at fault, but due to weird timing, the body shop had info for both insurers and it got confusing and messy. Bob called me to make sure I was ok, and had what I needed, assuring me he'd call his corporate offices and straighten out the info. He did, and I'm staying. Great service. SF is not always the least expensive, but they are FAR from the most expensive. If you still believe in service and kindness, I cannot recommend this office and brand highly enough.”
